Iron Networks today announced the launch of its new blog entitled “The Iron Networks Cloud Infrastructure Blog.” The blog will focus on topics related to building out the infrastructure for Private, Public, and Hybrid clouds based on the Microsoft “Cloud OS” which includes Windows Server and System Center. This coincides with the product focus Iron Networks has with providing gateway and infrastructure products for companies building private clouds, and cloud service providers building public clouds.

The blog will be run by Richard Hicks, Director of Sales Engineering at Iron Networks and Microsoft MVP. Richard has a long history of helping companies deploy various types of Microsoft solutions and is an avid blogger and technology evangelist. He has recently been featured in RunAsRadio talking about SDN and Hyper-V Network Virtualization, as well as on the Microsoft blog “Building Clouds” on the NVGRE Gateway.
